Who We Are

ANDREW MALIPHANT – Since postgraduate training in 1988-89, Andrew has worked on urban regeneration in a number of towns, including Ulverston in Cumbria from 1990-92, Cinderford in Gloucestershire from 1996-99, and the city of Gloucester from 2004-9.  In 2017 Andrew published the first book on how to deliver urban regeneration in practice, the Local Regeneration Handbook. Andrew is currently Environmental & Sustainability Advisor to the Society of Local Council Clerks (SLCC)

MAURICE McCARTNEY – under the banner of Fresh Management Solutions Ltd, Maurice has been providing management training and support for a wide range of organisations for many years, including working with Andrew on development projects for community enterprises.  Working closely with groups of individuals to agree and apply common working practices as a management board is one of his many specialisms
